Hi, I'm Laura, founder of On The House Co.

Having successfully managed social media campaigns for pubs and hospitality venues, I understand how to create engaging content that increases visibility, builds a loyal customer base, and drives bookings through the door. I've also planned and promoted events across pubs, restaurants, local sporting venues and hospitality businesses, helping brands create memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.

Alongside my marketing expertise, I bring a strong HR background to the table. I hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification in People Management and have worked across a variety of industries. This combination allows me to support businesses not only with attracting customers, but also with creating the people processes, documentation and team culture needed to operate successfully behind the scenes.
